Decades ago, I committed my life to serving my community through my career. Years ago, I committed myself to serving my neighbors in urban Denver though my many volunteer efforts. This year, I committed to serving to my friends and family in district 5 by running for the Colorado state house. 

This week, the field of candidates in my campaign expanded to a total of four people. With your help, however, that field will be narrowed to one next year and this doctor, sworn under oath to serving his fellow humans, will be sworn in at the Capitol.

My concern for and dedication to my community, my neighbors, my friends, and, most importantly, my family has never waivered over the years.

I look forward to listening to your concerns, serving as your voice, and sharing your solutions to the tough challenges that face our state.

To be your voice, I need your help.  Over 200 people have donated to my campaign thus far, many of you included.  But with a filing deadline quickly approaching on December 31^st and with a growing field of challengers, your donation is absolutely essential.

With your donation:

• I will assure that our working families are always front and center in our debates at the Capitol. 
• I will fight for all Coloradans’ right to health care coverage so that you can worry about getting better, not about who will pay the bill, if you get sick. 
• I will make certain that we build a solid educational foundation for our children.
